Nusreth Baig joined Lygase Consulting, LLC in August 2009. He leads the operations and contributes to the business development and strategy of the company.
Nusreth is a software architect with more than 11 years of experience of developing technical solutions in various industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University in his home town Chicago, IL. Prior to Lygase, Nusreth delivered powerful business rules management systems at Fair Isaac using their premier Business Rules Management System, Blaze Advisor. His career spells diversity delivering solutions in various industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Manufacturing, and many more using a variety of technologies like Microsoft and Oracle.
Nusreth delivers successful solutions by thoroughly understanding the clients’ needs, the industry space the client is in, and their habits of doing business. By putting the clients’ needs and “pain-points” first and technology second, he artistically delivers a solution that exceeds his client’s expectations. Nusreth is a rare breed of technologists who has mastered the art of putting technology in terms that clients can understand, and putting client needs in terms that programmers and database administrators can understand. Another unique characteristic of Nusreth is that he is technology agnostic, he never attaches himself to a particular technology, and never shies away from quickly learning a new technology. He is constantly adding new technologies to his palette which makes him a valuable asset to the Lygase team and leadership.
There are many ways to lead a team and Nusreth’s approach is to serve the talent. The Agile Software Development methodology plays in parallel to Nusreth’s approach, and he has incorporated it in his operations. He is constantly monitoring and removing any barriers that his team may come across. He is relentless in creating an environment for his team to maximize their talents. He is constantly ingraining leadership qualities in his teams by constantly asking them “What would you do if the leaders of this company were to fall of the face of the Earth tomorrow? Are you going to let the company fall apart?” He has a come up with a very good balance of independent, and team mentality. Nusreth constantly promotes innovation within his team.
