This application is perfect for attendee validation where CEU credits are earned and certificates issued based on attendance. All scans are stamped with date, time, location, tag ID or registration ID, then stored in memory or server for real-time display. Both meeting planner and attendee can download the data which is made possible through a secure on-line portal. Using our exclusive analysis and reporting software, meeting planners can output processed data to CSV and Excel file formats, and output customer ready reports in Excel and PDF file formats. Standard reports include detailed attendance reporting such as, number of attendees per session , who attended which session, and length of time stayed in session, plus summaries and graphs showing peak attendance, average time on floor or in session, attendance change over time, and more.
